Coming back from injury

Are you a teenager or an adult coming back from injury or undergoing rehabilitation? Do you want to regain your full abilities and prevent another injury?

In collaboration with the sports doctors and physiotherapists, the physical trainer will create a personalised programme to help you return to fitness that takes into account your injury.

The aim: to help you return to full fitness so that you can resume your sports activity as quickly and safely as possible.    

Example of a "Coming back from an injury" programme

Based on 2 sessions per week for 3 months:

Initial assessment interview (45 minutes)

  • Discussion
  • Tests (analysis)

The following sessions (60 minutes per session)

  • Coaching sessions
  • 2 assessments: in the middle and at the end of the programme (30')

An appraisal in the form of a report will be given to you at the end of your programme. It will include the initial analysis, the results of the tests and your performance progress.
