At the COVID-19 vaccination centre Messe Zürich, more than 5 000 people can be vaccinated per day in 36 vaccination lines. This makes it the largest vaccination centre in Switzerland, and its location at the Messe Zürich in Oerlikon offers excellent transport connections for the Zürich population.
All Zurich residents who would like to be vaccinated can now register. Please have your health insurance card ready.

Arriving by car:
Follow the “Z” sign to the Messe Zürich exhibition centre. Parking spaces are available in the Messe Zürich multi-storey car park on Hagenholzstrasse.

Arrival by public transport:
Travellers from Zurich main station have a connection every 6 minutes with various S-Bahn lines to Oerlikon station. From the Oerlikon train station, the Messe Zürich exhibition centre can be reached in a few minutes on foot, by tram No. 11 or by bus routes 61, 62 and 94.
You must bring along and present the following for the vaccination appointment at the vaccination centre: your six-digit code (can be found on the registration and appointment confirmation), your health insurance card, an official ID and any additional documents (e.g. a medical certificate confirming that you are in the highest risk category, or a vaccination card/vaccination booklet).
How early should I arrive at the vaccination centre for my appointment?
Admission to the vaccination centre is not possible until 20 minutes before the appointment at the earliest. Please do not arrive earlier to avoid longer waiting times.
How long is the stay at the vaccination centre?
The stay from your arrival at the vaccination centre until discharge takes about one hour.
May I bring a companion with me?
People who require assistance may bring a maximum of one person with them as a companion.
May I accompany people to be vaccinated as an interpreter if they do not understand German?
People who do not understand German may be accompanied by an interpreter.
May I take my child with me?
If possible, please do not attend the appointment with your child.
Are there wheelchairs for people with disabilities at the vaccination centre?
Wheelchairs are available on-site and the vaccination centre staff support people with disabilities.
After the second vaccination, the vaccinated person can print a vaccination certificate via the canton's registration portal (https://zh.vacme.ch/start) (on the website at the top right under “Login”). The login created for registration (username and password) is used for this purpose. If you do not have an internet connection, you can have your vaccination certificate printed out at the vaccination centre.
The vaccination centre does not issue COVID certificates. This is in the responsibility of the canton.
