For your health: the nursing staff
In addition to your attending physician, you will also be assigned a qualified nurse who coordinates all the necessary care, monitors the entire treatment and recovery process and is your contact person for medical questions.
For special requests: your Guest Relations Representatives
In addition to the nursing staff, you will also have a Hirslanden Guest Relations Representative at your disposal. They will visit you during your stay and take care of all non-medical matters. We are happy to cater to your individual needs during and even after your stay by organising additional services. Would you like your favourite magazine, a chauffeur, a haircut or a massage? Your Guest Relations representative is there for you, so don’t hesitate to ask!
