Information for visitors at Hirslanden Klinik Im Park

The daily visiting hours at Klinik Im Park are 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. The visiting hours for the postnatal ward are 1.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Please note that special rules and visiting hours apply to the intensive care and monitoring unit.
Visitors are also welcome during lunchtime or in the evening. They can dine together with the patients, either in their rooms or in our restaurant. Visitors can order dishes from the daily menu, and there is also an extensive selection of other food and beverages on offer.

Regular clinic operations

The Klinik Im Park once again offers the full range of medical services. All procedures (including non-urgent and outpatient), consultations, therapies and consultations are again carried out.

Even in emergencies, our emergency ward continues to be there for you 365 days and 24 hours a day. Our patients are safely protected against infection in our clinic. In the event of flu-like symptoms such as general malaise, tiredness, fever or dry cough, you can still have yourself tested for COVID-19 in our emergency ward.

Visit regulations

We are pleased that patients are allowed to receive visits again, provided that the visitors do not show any symptoms. Each visitor will be registered by name. The general obligation to wear masks applies on the clinic premises. Patients and visitors are requested to bring their own masks with them or obtain them at the reception desk. We kindly ask you to observe the Social Distancing (1.5 meter distance) and to disinfect your hands.
 

In general, only cut flowers are allowed as gifts. Thank you for your understanding.
