We are here to help – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

The 24-hour Emergency Centre at Klinik St. Anna is available to assist you around the clock, every day of the year.

All adults or adolescents aged 16 and over requiring emergency medical attention will be admitted and treated at our Emergency Centre (for emergencies involving children please call T +41 41 208 44 44).

Our emergency patients are in good hands from the moment they arrive

The doctor on duty at our Emergency Centre looks after patients with injuries or acute illnesses. If necessary, they can request immediate assistance from a wide variety of other medical specialists. And our dedicated emergency nursing staff will expertly attend to your needs and requests.

What should I do in an emergency?

Your family doctor is your first port of call for all emergency consultations. He or she knows your medical history and can decide whether further diagnostic procedures or hospital treatment is required. Your family doctor will discuss your options with you and explain how to proceed.

If you cannot reach your doctor, the Emergency Centre at Klinik St. Anna is available to assist you around the clock.
