Peter Werder (PhD, 41) has worked as Head of Corporate Communication for Hirslanden Private Hospital Group headquartered in Zurich since 2011. Werder studied journalism, philosophy and musicology at the University of Zurich and earned his PhD in political philosophy. He has an Executive MBA in General management from the University of St. Gallen.
His predecessor, Andrea Rytz (42), has successfully led Klinik Belair since 2011 and is moving to Schulthess Klinik in Zurich (as already announced on 6 May 2015). The most important milestone in this period was the opening of the outpatient clinic Praxiszentrum am Bahnhof in Schaffhausen. With the arrival of new specialists, Klinik Belair has strengthened its position in the region, particularly through the expansion of the orthopaedics and abdominal surgery specialties.
The Executive Committee would like to thank Andrea Rytz for her work and wish her every success and all the best for her future. The search for a successor for the Head of Corporate Communication position at Hirslanden Private Hospital Group has begun.
