Quality and quality management require that you critically monitor and evaluate areas such as the quality and safety of treatments, care, hygiene, catering, safety at work and patient satisfaction.

 

In order to evaluate the targets we set ourselves, we regularly assess the quality we achieve. With our satisfaction questionnaire we appraise our clients' opinions. To guarantee the safety of treatments without fail we record incidents and control defined work routines.

 

Patient questionnaire

We are continuously seeking to improve the standards of our clinic. In order to help us achieve that, we have appointed the market research institute IHA in Hergiswil to conduct questionnaires with our patients on a regular basis. This is in addition to any correspondence which we may have directly with our patients, which we welcome at any time.
