The date of discharge from the clinic will be determined by your doctor and the nursing staff. On that day please leave your room by 10.00, so that we can prepare it for the next patient.
Ensure that if you are a patient at the outpatients clinic that you are accompanied to and from your home. According to law a patient is unfit to sign any agreement or to drive 24 hours following an aneasthetic.
If you require after care please discuss and organise it with your doctor as early as possible. If you require home care (Spitex), a rehabilitation programme or technical aid please advise the nursing staff. Some technical aids can be purchased from the clinic. However there is no rental service available.
We are continuously seeking to improve the standards of our clinic. In order to help us achieve that, we have appointed an independent institute to conduct questionnaires with our patients on a regular basis, so that we are always abreast of their concerns and wishes. This is in addition to any correspondence which we may have directly with our patients, which we welcome at any time. We are always happy to be praised and take criticism very seriously.
