Magazines, newspapers, sweets and a small selection of other everyday items can be purchased at the kiosk located next to the Santé restaurant. Food and beverage vending machines are available at the Santé restaurant outside of opening hours.
Patient lounges and walking paths can be found at various locations within the clinic and its grounds. However, we kindly ask patients to return to their rooms by 10 pm.
Flowers give every hospital room a friendly atmosphere. However, too many flowers can occupy a great deal of space in the room. Pot plants are known to carry germs and are therefore not suitable for a clinic environment.
Hairdressing and pedicure appointments can be arranged for patients by our hotel services staff.
For safety reasons, candles may not be used in the clinic. False alarms caused by non-compliance with this regulation will be charged to patients’ accounts.
Our competent Spiritual Care team is available to patients throughout their stay at the Clinic. Eucharistic masses are celebrated at the clinic chapel on Thursdays at 7pm and on Sundays and public holidays at 9:30 am. Patients and guests are most welcome.
Our Reference Department is delighted to offer assistance and consultations to patients who have any questions concerning convalescence periods, home care following their stay at the clinic, and so forth. In this case, patients are kindly asked to contact the nursing staff.
Incoming mail and gifts will be brought to patients in their rooms. Patients may pass on outgoing post to our hotel services staff. A public letterbox is located in the entrance area. Stamps can be purchased at the kiosk.
We would like to advise that smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
