Following the registration by your doctor, you will receive an admission form and a questionnaire from the anaesthetist (if necessary). Please return the completed form, the anaesthetist’s questionnaire and a copy of your insurance certificate by post. This should be done as soon as possible to enable us to clear the formalities with the insurance company.
These formalities have to be completed before your stay in the hospital, or a deposit will have to be paid. In that case we will contact you immediately. For all organizational matters and questions about the refund of costs, patient reception will be pleased to help:
