Important Information About Your Room Upgrade
Please note that a room upgrade is only possible subject to availability and allocation is reassessed daily based on bed occupancy. It is therefore possible that an upgrade that has already been granted may have to be withdrawn if bed occupancy is high. A room upgrade relates exclusively to the room occupancy and is not a change of insurance class. Additional medical services and hotel services are therefore excluded. The costs incurred for the room upgrade are not covered by health insurance and must therefore be borne by you.
