We take care of your well-being. It is important to us that you lack nothing during your stay. Therefore, we offer a wide range of additional services and are happy to assist you with their arrangement. Please note that, depending on your insurance category, some services may be subject to a charge.
Flowers
Our nursing assistants or Guest Relations team will regularly tend to your flowers.
Hairdresser
A hair salon for women and men is located in the neighboring care center. Our Hospitality/Guest Relations team will be happy to arrange an appointment for you
Kiosk/Shop/Automat
Our kiosk offers a selected range of newspapers, magazines, chocolate, and various gift items. In addition, outside of opening hours, a Selecta vending machine is available in the cafeteria, offering a variety of cold beverages, sweets, and snacks. The machine accepts Swiss francs and euros in banknotes and coins, as well as credit cards.
Communication
We deliver letters, parcels, and flowers directly to your room. You may hand in your outgoing mail to the nursing staff or at the reception desk. Email messages addressed with your name can be received via our email address info.andreasklinik@hirslanden.ch
Daily newspapers
Free digital national and international newspapers and magazines are available upon request.
Laundry
Upon request, we are happy to arrange laundry services for your personal garments at standard market prices.
Pastoral care
Please contact our nursing staff with your requests. Upon request, we will be happy to arrange a visit from a local chaplain. An ecumenical chaplain regularly visits AndreasKlinik.
The “Room of Silence” is open to the public and accessible to people of all faiths. Religious services are held there twice a month. The room is located on the 3rd floor of the adjacent Ennetsee Care Center.
