They accompany you upon admission, advise you on menu selection, and provide menu and room service. They are also your point of contact for any non-medical concerns and needs during your stay. Together with our professional nursing staff and our experienced physicians, our hotel services team ensures first-class care.
Our Hospitality & Guest Relations team is available to you as a neutral point of contact for non-medical matters. Guest Relations services are reserved for patients with supplementary insurance.
