Important information about your room upgrade
Please note that a room upgrade is subject to availability and allocation is reassessed daily based on bed occupancy. It may therefore occur that an upgrade already granted has to be withdrawn in the event of high bed occupancy. A room upgrade relates exclusively to room accommodation and does not constitute a change in insurance category. Additional medical services and hospitality services are therefore excluded. The costs incurred for a room upgrade are not covered by health insurance and must be borne by the patient.
