The Board of Trustees meets as often as the Foundation's projects require, but at least once a year. Its members work on a voluntary basis and their activity as a member of the Board of Trustees is subject to the supervision of the Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations within the Federal Department of Home Affairs.
