Penis cancer refers to malignant tumours that most commonly occur on the end of the penis (glans) and the foreskin. Extensive tumours can also spread to the erectile tissue and even to the abdominal wall. Cancer cells can travel through the lymph vessels and form metastases, particularly in the lymph nodes of the pelvic and groin region.
