Regular clinic operation

The Hirslanden Clinic offers the full medical spectrum. All interventions (including non-urgent and outpatient), consultations, therapies and consultations are carried out taking into account the current situation.

Our Emergency Centre is also available for emergencies 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. Our patients are safely protected against infection in our clinic.

Restriction on visitors

  • A maximum of 2 visitors (max. 1 hour each) may be received per patient and per day.
  • Visitors must wear a surgical mask during their entire stay on the hospital premises (incl. patient rooms). Fabric masks are not permitted.
  • All visitors are registered at the reception (main entrance) to ensure contact tracing. This applies to each individual visit to the clinic. Direct access from the garage to the patient's room is not permitted and must always be combined with prior registration/contact tracing at reception (main entrance).

By observing this measure, you are making an active contribution to the protection of your relatives. Thank you for your understanding.

General visiting hours

For privately insured patients:

For semi-privately insured persons:
Continuously from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

For people with general insurance:
Continuously from 1.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
