Services offered to all our patients :

Grand salonThe Clinique Cecil's grand salon is open from 07:30 to 20:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 19:30 on Saturday, Sundays and holidays. It offers a full range of food options as well as magazines, newspapers and gifts. It has Wi-Fi and a terrace that is open during the warmer months.
FoodDuring your stay, you will have a choice of two daily menus carefully prepared by our kitchen staff in collaboration with award-winning chef Carlo Crisci. For more information, please see the Food page.
Garden and terraceThe garden at the Clinique Cecil is open to patients and their visitors all year round, and the terrace is open during warmer months.
Two religious service chaplains from the City of Lausanne offer regular visits and contact in the hospital. You can also ask for an ecclesiastic of your own confession through one of our nursing staff.
Wi-FiWi-Fi is available throughout the hospital.

Additional services offered to our patients with private or semi-private insurance : 

Room  ServiceWe will bring mail and flowers to your room. A local newspaper is provided every morning. You can also order newspapers and magazines of your choice. Just ask the hospitality staff if you would like to do this.
HospitalityOur hospitality staff will welcome you on arrival, advise you on your menu choices, arrange room service and support you when you leave. For more information, please see the Hospitality page.
GiftsTo help you feel at home, we offer you a welcome gift in the form of a Louis Widmer toiletries set. 

Additional services offered to our patients with private insurance :

Guest Relation In addition to our hospitality staff, we offer private patients a Private Coordinator. He or she will visit you during your stay and organise all your non-medical requests. For more information, please see the Guest Relation page.
Transport serviceWe offer private patients a transport service for their return home (for Lausanne and its environs on working days).
