Visits restriction

CLINIC VISITS:
Visitors over the age of 16 must present a COVID-19 certificate and identification at the clinic reception desk, in accordance with the State Council Order of August 25, 2021.

In order to protect the health of our patients, wearing a mask in the clinic remains mandatory, even for those who have been vaccinated. Masks are available at all reception points in the clinic.

A maximum of two people per patient per day are allowed to visit, subject to a valid Covid-19 certificate.

This arrangement does not apply to emergency services and may be adapted by the Clinical Services Manager in exceptional situations.

Persons with even mild symptoms are not permitted to visit patients.

Visiting patients with Covid-19 is not permitted.

The clinic recommends vaccination to limit the spread of COVID-19 disease.


ACTIVE + CENTER CLIENTS:
Beginning Monday, September 13, persons over the age of 16 who attend the Active + Center will be required to present a COVID-19 certificate and identification at the Center's front desk, in accordance with the Federal Council's decision of September 8, 2021.


CLINIC RESTAURANT:
Beginning Monday, September 13, persons over the age of 16 will be required to present a COVID-19 certificate and identification at the restaurant entrance, in accordance with the Federal Council decision of September 8, 2021.

The restaurant is open every day from 09:00 to 19:30. Access to the terrace remains free for the moment.

Visiting  hoursIt is possible to visit most patients every day between 09:00 and 21:30. Outside these times, only close family may visit patients. For security reasons, you must check in at reception. If you have any questions, please ask at reception.
Grand salonLocated on the ground floor of the hospital, the grand salon is open from 07:30 to 20:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 19:30 on Saturday, Sundays and holidays. It offers a full range of food options and a wide choice of drinks, as well as magazines, newspapers and gifts. It has a Wi-Fi connection, which you can also find throughout the hospital.
Meals
  • Visitors can eat in the room with the patient at lunch and dinner times. At lunchtime, they are welcome to share a meal in the grand salon.  
  • Our chef, Carlo Crisci, offers a different seasonal menu every day.
  • If you wish to have a meal, please order at reception the night before. If you would like to have a meal in a two-bed room, please check with the nursing staff first.
Garden and terraceYou can enjoy a walk in the hospital garden at any time or take a break on the terrace during the warmer months.
ParkingVisitor parking at the Clinique Cecil is subject to a parking fee. Montbenon car park is located a few minutes away from the hospital.
Please Note
  • Visits to outpatients and patients in intensive care are not permitted.
  • For reasons of hygiene, only cut flowers are allowed.
  • Visits to the recovery room are not allowed. 
    If you wish to visit a patient in the continuing care unit, please ask at reception. Only close relatives, with the exception of young children, are permitted in this unit.
