Human research is defined as research into human diseases and into the structure and function of the human being, and in which persons are directly involved or in which work is carried out with biological material, data from persons, deceased persons or foetuses (HFG 1st chapter, Art. 2).
The Tumour Centre Hirslanden Zurich is committed to participating in clinical research at a high level.
