Procedure in an Emergency: What to Do?
In the case of an acute medical issue, your general practitioner is primarily responsible. They are familiar with your medical history and can decide whether further investigation or treatment at a clinic is necessary. Together with you as the patient, they will determine the next steps.
If you are unable to reach your doctor or do not have a general practitioner, the emergency team at AndreasKlinik is available to assist you.
In life-threatening situations, you can request help through the official emergency number 144.
365 days a year
