The emergency of the AndreasKlinik is the point of contact for all medical, orthopedic, trauma surgery, and spinal emergencies in adults aged 16 and over, with the exception of severe burns, polytrauma patients, heart attacks, strokes, eye injuries, and pregnancy-related cases. Prompt, personal, and specialist care is provided, regardless of insurance class.

Procedure in an Emergency: What Should You Do?

In the event of an acute medical issue, your general practitioner is your first point of contact. They are familiar with your medical history and can determine whether further examination or treatment in a clinic is necessary. Together with you as the patient, they will decide on the next steps.

If you cannot reach your doctor or if you do not have a general practitioner, the emergency team at AndreasKlinik is happy to assist you.

In life-threatening situations, you can request help by calling the official emergency number 144.

Here for You 365 Days a Year

What Should I Bring to the Emergency Consultation?
Please bring your insurance card and a list of your medications to the emergency consultation. Ideally, and if available, also bring the following: allergy card, blood type card, your medications in their original packaging, diabetes logbook, and vaccination record.
