During your stay at the Maternity Ward, you will receive an invitation for a complimentary massage at the Spa Mont-Blanc, located within the Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues. This relaxing experience can be booked after you give birth and is valid for up to one year from the date of your registration.

The Thalasso Baby Bath is a relaxing and emotional experience that recreates for the newborn the sensations they felt in their mother's womb. With soothing benefits for the parents as well, it fosters a first connection and communication between the baby and their parents.
Well-being care
A 30-minute treatment offered in your room by a therapist.
You can choose between a massage (plantar harmonisation or head in the clouds), a facial or a foot treatment.
Posture and perineum class
Post-partum classes in small groups, given by a physiotherapist from the Centre de physiothérapie des Grangettes.
Breastfeeding advice
A nurse from the maternity unit meets the couple to give them advice on breastfeeding their newborn.
Personalized guidance for a smooth and peaceful transition home
A nurse from the Grangettes maternity hospital meets parents to give them advice on sleeping, dressing, hygiene and travel.
