We prefer the visit of relatives during any stay at the clinic, their presence being important for our patients.
Visitors are welcome at the Clinique des Grangettes. However, please check the visiting and telephone times.
Visiting hours
In order to better organize your visit, you will find below the visiting hours:
- Visits are allowed, every day, between 14:00 and 19:00.
- In the maternity ward, the presence of the father is authorized at all times.
The respect of these schedules allows us to welcome you in the best possible way. For more information, do not hesitate to contact reception.
Telephone hours
The telephone center answers your calls 7 days a week between 5:45 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Outside of these hours, only medical messages will be forwarded to our patients. We thank you for your understanding.
Meals and room service
The schedules have been studied in order to offer the best organization of our care service. You have the possibility to share your meal in a private room with the person you are visiting. It is sufficient that our patient has requested it beforehand.
Breakfast : 7h30
Lunch : 11:30 - 12:00
Dinner : 18:00 - 18:30
A la carte service : 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Gastronomy
In addition to the room service offered, it is in a warm setting that you can get various refreshments and appreciate the talents of our chef and pastry chef.
Open every day, from 7.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 5pm weekends and public holidays. For our patients and the public, the Clinic's restaurant offers, in addition to the seasonal menu, a dish of the day and a suggestion.
Flowers
Would you like to offer a bouquet or a floral arrangement?
Do not hesitate to contact the reception of the Clinic.
Earthen plants are not accepted for hygienic reasons.
Drop-off
If you wish to drop off a loved one at the Clinic, you have the possibility to stop on the forecourt of the entrance for a few minutes.
Please inform reception.
Visitor parking
Our parking is at your disposal. The clinic is also very well served by public transport (Tram 12 at 100m, Grangettes stop).
Smoke
For safety reasons and in the interest of everyone's health, smoking is prohibited throughout the clinic.
