  • 60-minute coaching sessions
  • Two 30-minute assessments (in the middle and at the end of the programme)

An appraisal in the form of a report will be given to you at the end of your programme. It will include the initial diagnosis, the results of the tests and your performance progress.

Coming back from injury

In collaboration with the sports doctors and physiotherapists, the fitness trainer will create a personalised programme to help you return to fitness that takes into account your injury.
