- Primary health care provider for internal medicine inpatients
- Internal medicine co-supervision of inpatients (e.g. surgical patients) as requested by the assigned doctor
- Internal medicine counselling for inpatients
- Outpatient assessments (e.g. preoperative evaluations in collaboration with anaesthesiologists)
