Billing / Price
We treat outpatients of all insurance classes. Direct billing with the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) via the Common Institution KVG is possible for all patients from the EU. Dialysis patients from an EC/EFTA country who require one-off emergency dialysis or are travelling to us for guest dialysis must present the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or a provisional replacement certificate. If this information is available, direct billing will be carried out via the Gemeinsame Einrichtung KVG. Without an EU insurance card, an advance payment must be made.
Price: CHF 530 (excl. erythropoietin, special medication, additional laboratory) per dialysis treatment. Administration fees may apply from 30 minutes processing time.
Dialysis patients from other countries (not EU, not CH) must pay the above-mentioned dialysis flat rate before the start of treatment or on the day of admission at the latest. In this case, direct billing via the respective foreign health insurance fund is not possible.
You have the option of paying on entry in cash or with your credit card (American Express, Visa Card, Mastercard, Diners Club).
Services during your stay that are not related to your dialysis as well as additional laboratory and additional medication that are not included in the flat rate must be paid for separately before leaving the hospital. Please contact the patient admission desk before your last dialysis session.
The final invoice will be issued on the last day of treatment. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our patient reception: T +41 (0)44 209 21 61
