As a patient, you can expect individualised care in addition to first-class medical services. The costs for statutory benefits under compulsory health insurance are covered by the latter for procedures at the Bellaria Surgical Centre (less deductible/coinsurance), even if you have not taken out supplementary hospital insurance.
As more procedures are being performed on an outpatient instead of inpatient basis, we want to offer our patients the option to enjoy an extra level of comfort during their stay at the Bellaria Surgical Centre, for example, by offering them the choice of an overnight stay.
If your health insurance already includes supplementary outpatient benefits, the surcharge does not apply to you.
