Documents to provide before your arrival

Thank you for sending us the following documents in advance so we can organise your stay:

  • dialysis prescription
  • medical summary
  • current medication and dosage
  • latest results of current laboratory tests
  • viral serology: hepatitis C, B, and HIV carried out during the last three months
  • insurance (EU insurance card) and photocopy of an identity document

Cost and payment

Set charge and other services invoiced separately (special medicines, laboratory tests, etc.): our secretariat will answer your questions on the following number: +41 21 343 01 85.

Direct payment can be made using an EU insurance card. Of course, we accept credit cards for anyone who does not come from the EU. In certain cases, we reserve the right to request a deposit.

Co-payment of costs by European Union patients

We would like to inform you that Swiss law requires a co-payment of CHF 92.00 per month of treatment started (for example, for treatment starting at the end of the month and continuing the next month, you will receive 2 invoices for CHF 92.00 each).

This co-payment is charged regardless of the treatment and corresponds to the equivalent of the excess and the proportion for people with Swiss insurance.
