Every two years, CSS Insurance rewards particularly innovative players in the Swiss healthcare system who have distinguished themselves in terms of quality in the interests of patients. In 2018, the "CSS Quality Crystal" award was awarded to Hirslanden Clinique des Grangettes for its excellent results.
Today we are very proud to inform you that Hirslanden Clinique des Grangettes has been awarded the "CSS Quality Crystal" award for the second time in the category "Customer satisfaction, recommendation". This award reflects the opinion of CSS insurance customers who can express themselves on the quality of the treatment after their stay at the clinic, through a satisfaction questionnaire.
The Management congratulates all employees, physicians and partners for receiving this award. It represents their daily commitment to patients as well as the quality of the services offered to them.
Patient satisfaction
The patient satisfaction survey is an integral part of quality management for the Hirslanden Private Hospital Group.
Since spring 2017, Hirslanden has been examining a range of factors observed by patients during their stays, from the quality of care to the kitchen, the care of doctors and the maintenance of rooms.
