The specialty of otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat – ENT) encompasses all structures and organs of the head and neck, with the exception of the brain and eyes. The Center for Head and Neck Surgery is located at the Lorze Medical Center. With sites in Cham and Lucerne, the center offers the full spectrum of head and neck surgery, including benign and malignant tumors as well as all conditions of the thyroid and parathyroid glands. The Cham site is led by PD Dr. med. Domenic Vital. He is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and has specialized in oncologic head and neck surgery.
