Dr Dominique Kuhlen

Dominique Kuhlen has been Chief Clinical Officer of the Hirslanden Group since March 2022. Before joining the Hirslanden Group, Dominique Kuhlen held various positions at the Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC) in Lugano, most recently as Deputy Senior Consultant and acting Manager of the Neurosurgical Hospital. From 2010 to 2013, she was senior surgeon at the University Hospital Rechts der Isar (the university hospital of the Technical University of Munich) in Munich. In the years before that (2005-2009), she held various positions at the Inselspital Bern, ending as Deputy Senior Surgeon at the Neurosurgical Hospital.

Dominique Kuhlen graduated in Human Medicine from the University of Bern and holds the FMH specialist qualification in Neurosurgery. She also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Systemic Management in Health Care - both from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). She is currently completing a Bachelor in Law at FernUni Schweiz.
