As a young athlete at Passion Schneesport, you and your family will benefit from free membership of Hirslanden Snow Healthline.
The Hirslanden Snow Healthline is your central point of contact for health questions and treatment referrals. You can contact the Hirslanden Snow Healthline at any time – by telephone or email – and receive personalised support.
Hirslanden Snow Healthline offers you the following services
Advice on health-related matters
Get answers to your health-related questions quickly and easily, as well as information about Hirslanden hospitals, centres and treatments.

*Health consultations with specialist staff are available on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm, and on weekends and public holidays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Appointment scheduling
We will help you find the Hirslanden specialist in your area best suited to your medical issue and arrange an appointment on your behalf as quickly as possible.

Through our large network of partners, we can help you find spa treatments or rehabilitation facilities, medical aids, chauffeur services, domestic help, short-term babysitting services and much more.
Assistance in the event of an accident or illness abroad
Hirslanden Healthline members benefit from repatriation insurance. If something unexpected happens to you abroad, you fall ill or have an accident, our case managers will help you organise your return home or to the nearest Hirslanden clinic. The General Terms and Conditions of Insurance (GTC) apply.

Contact the Hirslanden Snow Healthline on 0848 111 222 or by email at snow.healthline@hirslanden.ch, stating your name and membership number.
Step 3
Support
The Hirslanden Snow Healthline will now help you with your concerns and advise you by phone or email on how to proceed.
Step 4
Booking an appointment
If necessary and appropriate, they will book you an appointment or consultation with a Hirslanden specialist near you.
As a medical partner of the Passion Schneesport Foundation, Hirslanden is committed to promoting the health and care of young talents in Swiss snow sports.

Requirements for Membership:
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
The offer applies to individuals resident in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old.
Membership remains valid as long as the athlete is supported by Passion Schneesport and Hirslanden remains the Medical Partner.
For family members, membership also remains valid for as long as this support is in place.
