It is important to us that you can continue to use Hirslanden Privé membership across all clinics after your hospital stay. This is why we have created the Hirslanden Privé card, exclusively for patients with supplementary private insurance. Your personalised card will be sent to you two to three weeks after your hospital stay.

Kids Care
Kids Care is a unique service for children aged three months to 16 years – particularly useful for Hirslanden Privé parents who are employed or single.
If your child suddenly falls ill or has an accident, the Hirslanden Privé Service Line will not only arrange personally and efficiently a doctor’s appointment for them, but will also ensure that a qualified specialist is by your side within just four hours. They will care for your child, play with them, feed them and do everything necessary (in consultation with you) to ensure a speedy recovery.
The Hirslanden Privé Service Line will also arrange an experienced, professional babysitter whenever you need help caring for your healthy child, whether to arrange a doctor’s appointment or hospital stay, look after your child during school holidays, or simply give you and your partner some time alone.
