Choice of doctor
  • Free choice of doctors from our network of doctors for inpatient stays.

Medical care
  • Surgery performed by attending medical specialist.
  • Daily visits and continuous care provided by attending medical specialist. Visits with on-site nurse, several times daily during the acute phase if needed.

Nursing services
  • Nursing and care tailored to your personal needs.
  • Care normally provided by registered nurses.

Daily routine
  • Consideration of appointment requests for examinations and therapy.
  • Daily schedule planned in consideration of the patient’s requests.

Visiting hours
  • Individual visiting hours

Therapy
  • Therapy based on medical needs as well as additional weekend therapy sessions by request.

Discharge
  • Discharge consultation directly with the attending specialist.
  • Time of departure is specific to the clinic.

Rehabilitation
  • Coordinated organisation based on doctor’s instructions, taking the patient’s individual requests (e.g. selection of rehab clinic) into consideration.
  • Handling of cost coverage arrangements with health insurer
