For your own protection and that of our patients, from 2.12.2022 it will be compulsory for visitors to wear a mask (mouth-nose protection) in the patient room.
Information about the coronavirus
Current rules for patient visits
- For your own protection and that of our patients, from 2.12.2022 it will be compulsory for visitors to wear a mask (mouth-nose protection) in the patient room.
- We ask all visitors to disinfect their hands regularly and thoroughly and to keep a distance (1.5 metres).
- The protective measures and guidelines also apply to people who have been vaccinated against Covid 19 disease.
By taking this measure into account, you are making an active contribution to the protection of your relatives. Thank you for your understanding.
Corona test
Should you require a Corona test, please contact one of the test centres listed by the Canton of Zurich. At the Klinik Im Park, Corona tests are only available to our patients and staff. Thank you for your understanding.
Visiting hours
Visiting hours on the wards are from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. (special rules apply to the intensive care unit). No visits are allowed in the monitoring ward.
On the postpartum ward on the 3rd floor, visiting hours are from 1.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. (father and children excluded).
During certain medical procedures and ward rounds, it is possible that visitors cannot be present in the room.
Visitor parking
A limited number of chargeable parking spaces are available for visitors in our underground car park on the clinic premises.
Please note that only a limited number of parking spaces (Blue Zone) are available behind the clinic (Kappelistrasse, Bellariastrasse). Larger public parking spaces are available at Mythenquai (Succulent Collection/Beach Baths, 500 m via Strandbadweg) and Honrain at the Landiwiese bus station (400 m).
Public transport
Klinik Im Park is very easy to reach by public transport:
- from the main railway station with tram no. 7 to the Billoweg stop
- with the S-Bahn S2 to Enge station or S8/S24 to Wollishofen station and then with tram no. 7 to Billoweg stop
Visitor catering
Visitors are also welcome for meals. Our restaurant is available for meals.
Restaurant
Our restaurant on the ground floor is open daily. The opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 7.30 a.m. - 9.00 p.m.
Saturday: 8.00 - 21.00 hrs
Sunday and public holidays: 9.00 - 21.00 hrs.
(warm cuisine daily until 8.30 p.m.)
Flowers and plants
For hygienic reasons, only cut flowers are allowed. Potted plants and plug-in moss are not allowed.

Visitor toilets
Visitors have access to appropriately marked toilets outside the patients' rooms.
Smoking
Please note that the Klinik Im Park is smoke-free. Smokers can use the garden seating area on the 2nd floor.
Internet
A WLAN network is available to our patients and visitors free of charge throughout the clinic for internet access with laptops, tablets or smartphones. No user name and password are required for the WLAN.

Animals
For hygienic reasons, animals are not allowed in the clinic.
Exhibition
From September 2022 to January 2023, an exhibition by Zurich artist Daniel Diggelmann will run on the second floor of our clinic.
Opening hours
Open to the public daily, preferably from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
