Ralph Panoff has been Transformation Officer of the Hirslanden Group since October 2016. Before joining the Hirslanden Group, Ralph Panoff was Managing Director of Panoff Consulting GmbH from 2013 to 2016. In the years prior to that (2007-2013), he held various management positions at AMAG Automobil- und Motoren AG, including Chief Information Officer and Managing Director AMAG Retail (operational responsibility for all 80 garage operations of the AMAG Group in Switzerland). Before that, he was a member of the executive board of the consulting firm The Information Management Group AG, which specialised in large-scale projects in the field of holistic transformations for international companies.

He is a qualified airline employee and has a management diploma in general management. He also successfully completed the Executive Leadership & Strategic Management of Services programme at INSEAD, as well as the St.Gallen Managing Director programme.
