Modern part time modules
We support and allow part time working wherever possible, even in management positions. We really mean it: even the position of Director of Klinik Permanance in Bern is shared by two people. Many of our teams are under the management of co-leads. A large number of our hospitals also have childcare facilities at concessionary rates.
Versatile career paths
Don’t stand still, be able to grow and promoted in line with your abilities: irrespective of your professional background, there are many different career paths open to you at Hirslanden. For example, if you have successfully completed training in a nursing discipline and gained a nursing qualification, you can decide between a specialist career as a nurse, a manager or trainer.
Flexible working hours
Hirslanden part-time staff can conclude flexible contracts of employment. These “flexi-contracts” (Flexverträge) combine two advantages: the security of a permanent contract of employment with the opportunity of additional flexible periods of work.
Taking care of your health

Surgical nursing support staff at the Klinik Hirslanden
Klinik Hirslanden has 14 operating theatres and is equipped with the very latest medical technology including integrated CT equipment, an MR (Polestar) and the Da Vinci surgical robot.
