Reception
The reception of the service is located on the first floor of the adult emergency building.
To visit a hospitalized relative, families can activate the intercom or dial the following number: 022 545 29 36. The staff will respond as soon as possible and will welcome visitors to accompany them to the patient.

Visits
Families are allowed to access the service 24 hours a day. Depending on the situation, visitors will receive practical information and measures to adopt more or less restrictive (wearing a mask, an over-gown, washing hands), in order to ensure a safe visit.
The medical staff is available and reachable at all times, in order to inform families of the state of health of their loved one.
A welcome booklet is made available to families to enable them to familiarize themselves with the intensive care unit and facilitate their presence with their hospitalized relative.
The rooms
The service has six individual rooms with all the necessary equipment to take care of the most complex situations. Each room has a bay window allowing the patient to keep in touch with the outside world and to preserve his waking and sleeping cycles as well as possible.
