The institute operates a modern MRI 1.5 T that is constantly being updated. MRI imaging remains the number one choice of examination for numerous indications when investigating osteoarticular and neurological pathologies. The technology does not emit any ionising radiation.

Some MRI examinations require the child to be sedated in order to receive good quality images. This infrastructure is rounded off by a fully equipped anaesthesia room.  During the examination, the child is kept under the supervision and is the responsibility of an anaesthetist and his or her team. Further information is given when making an appointment.
