The Hirslanden Private Hospital Group is negotiating a possible sale of Klinik Belair in Schaffhausen with Swiss Medical Network. Negotiations are in an early stage and the outcome is open.

After the consultation procedure ended, Hirslanden reviewed the submitted proposals and scenarios and decided to enter into negotiations with Swiss Medical Network regarding a sale of Klinik Belair. Swiss Medical Network's offer to Hirslanden provides a solid foundation for the sales negotiations.

Klinik Belair will continue to operate as normal until further notice. Regardless of the outcome of the negotiations, Hirslanden will continue to operate Praxiszentrum am Bahnhof Schaffhausen independently under the umbrella of the Hirslanden Group, thereby maintaining its presence in the Canton of Schaffhausen.

Hirslanden will release information about the outcome of the sales negotiations once they have been finalised. Until then, both parties have agreed to maintain silence for the duration of the negotiations.
