Invasive neuroradiology

Invasive radiology is a specialty in radiology (radiodiagnostics) and part of the specialised field of diagnostic neuroradiology. Specialists perform invasive imaging tests and interventions on the central nervous system (brain, cranial nerves and spinal canal). These include angiography (examination of the blood vessels) and myelography (examination of the spinal cord).
